Experience the Russian Martial Art known as Systema (“The System”) firsthand. Systema combines striking, grappling and natural body movement for efficiency (minimum energy) and effectiveness (proven in combat and on the street).
The seminar will be taught by David Quaile, Australia’s highest ranking Systema instructor, certified by founders VladimirVasiliev and Colonel Mikhail Ryabko, both ex-Russian Special Forces.
